The Stand is an outreach ministry in Houma,LA. We believe that God is calling forth our generation to take a Stand for holiness. Our goal is to reach the multitude in a language that everyone can understand==MUSIC!

Our events are fun and you have no regrets in the morning. We have an event every month. We book bands of all different type of genres from screamo, punk, hardcore, rock to hip hop and rap. We do not book bands that are not Christian,claim to be christian but live a devilish lifestyle,cuss, drink, etc. We believe that the stage is an altar and a band is a ministry set forth by God. We protect that altar very closely. If you are a christian band and would like to play a show at one of our events you need to read and adhere to our " Standards for bands" .
